TECHNO AND TEQUILLA TUESDAYS TECHNO SET CONTEST RULES

We are keeping this simple, and mostly to have fun with while providing an environment for techno djs to perform on a regular basis, as well to help grow and build our scene here in St. Louis. 

Registration is on first come first serve basis.

We will need your DJ Name, and contact information.

It will be required to declare what type of techno you will be playing.

No Laptops

It is recommended to Analyze your music in the latest edition of rekordbox.

1. NO PRE RECORDED SETS
2. MUSIC MUST FALL IN TECHNO GENRE or TECHNO SUB GENRE
3. LIMITED TO 30 MINUTE SET TIME
4. NO RINGERS ( Regular Gig DJS who are performing on a regular basis, or hold a residency. Please do not register for this contest. We can book you for full sets or you can register for the Techno Battles. Thank you.)
5. Winners can not compete again for 30 days.
6. No dissing, or negative remarks or attitudes. 
7. No intentional Redlining. We understand the occasional clipping can occur, but regardless what you may think.. redlining is not headlining. 

This event is held to help open an environment for those interested in, or those who have been seeking a place to perform Techno.  It is also to help grow the next generation of  techno DJs in the St. Louis and surrounding area music scene.

As with most events, support and attendance to the events help to continue to host events like this to support and highlight local artists and DJs. Please share, follow, and let others know about these events, so we can continue to host and hold these types of events.
